At Relax Beach Hotel, a priority check-in / check-out option may be offered to guests who prefer to complete their arrival and departure procedures in a more organized and practical way. This service is planned according to availability and coordinated by the reception team.
The main purpose is to help our guests use their time more efficiently, depending on daily operational conditions.
Check-in Process
Upon request and subject to availability, the following support may be provided:
- Priority guidance during the check-in process
- Faster completion of procedures if pre-registration is completed
- Early room access if the room is ready
- Luggage storage support if the room is not yet available
Check-in timing depends on hotel occupancy and room preparation status.
Check-out Process
On the day of departure, and subject to availability:
- Priority guidance during check-out procedures
- Late check-out option upon request
- Luggage storage support after check-out
Late check-out requests are evaluated based on daily availability and may be handled as an additional service.
