What Does It Include?

At Relax Beach Hotel, the all inclusive concept is a standard hotel service designed to provide our guests with regular and balanced access to essential services throughout their stay.

All services are delivered within a defined operational structure. Guest requests are not assigned to a single individual; they are evaluated by the relevant departments and handled through appropriate guidance and coordination.

Food and Beverage Services

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served as open buffet in the main restaurant.
Snack service is available during designated hours throughout the day.
Bars serve local beverages included in the all inclusive concept.
A la carte restaurants operate subject to reservation and availability.

The minibar is prepared in a standard form upon arrival. Refill procedures are carried out according to the hotel’s defined concept.

Activities and Entertainment Areas

Swimming pools and the aqua park are available during designated operating hours.
Animation programs and evening entertainment are organized depending on the season and weather conditions.
The fitness area is open for guest use.
Mini club activities for children are offered at scheduled times and according to age groups.

Common Areas and Wellness

The Turkish bath and sauna are available within the scope of the concept.
Spa treatments, massages, and care services are extra services.
Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided free of charge at the beach and pool areas.
Towel service is provided in line with the hotel’s operational system.

Accommodation Services

Rooms receive daily general cleaning and arrangement.
Bed linen and towel changes are carried out every 3 days as standard.
Additional cleaning or changes may be provided upon guest request and as needed.
Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and basic amenities.
Free Wi-Fi access is available in common areas.

Services for Families

Baby cots are provided upon request.
High chairs are available in restaurants.
