Marriage Proposal Arrangement
At Relax Beach Hotel, marriage proposals are arranged in a simple and personal manner upon request during your stay. Our aim is to support meaningful moments with modest touches, rather than creating large-scale or staged productions.
What We Offer
- Simple decorative arrangements at the beach or a suitable hotel area
- Timing coordination, especially around sunset
- Light decoration with rose petals or minimal design elements
- Candle or soft lighting arrangements, subject to safety and suitability
- Background music support with limited and appropriate options
- Small celebration services after the proposal, such as champagne service, room decoration, or room upgrade requests (subject to availability and additional charges)
Planning And Process
- All requests should be communicated with the hotel in advance, preferably before arrival.
- Details such as date, time, preferred location, and special requests are discussed and planned together.
- Certain services may require additional fees and prior approval.
- The planning process may vary depending on the scope of the request and the nature of the occasion.
Important Notes
- Professional photography, video recording, or drone services are not part of the hotel’s standard services. Upon request, guests may be informed about local professional service providers.
- Large-scale shows, performances, or special scenarios require separate planning and are outside the scope of standard hotel services.
- Guest privacy, safety, and the comfort of other hotel guests are always taken into consideration.
Local Information Support
- The hotel is happy to provide general information about activities, places to visit, and experiences available in Alanya. This support is limited to guidance and information sharing.
